Enjoy top-tier healthcare & access to dental coverage (100% to 95% employer-paid), life insurance up to 2.5x your salary, a generous bonus program, gym membership allowance, and much more.</li>\n <li>Experience Our Anchor Days: offering flexible work hours and freedom to work from home up to 2 days per week to help fit your lifestyle.</li>\n <li>With a global presence comes a diverse workforce – we bring together talent from all corners of the world to drive innovation and success: CSL values diversity and inclusion, allowing everyone to thrive.</li>\n <li>Continuous professional development: We invest in your growth with training and advancement opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>How will you contribute to our success?</h2>\n<p>The Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist will collaborate with internal customers for procurement category strategy development, contract negotiation, change management and supplier management </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute global procurement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to align with organizational objectives.</li>\n <li>Maintain a deep understanding of assigned procurement categories, including cost structures, supplier landscape, and market dynamics at regional and global levels.</li>\n <li>Conduct sourcing activities such as market research, RFQs, RFPs, and competitive procurement processes.</li>\n <li>Analyze CSL assets and equipment lifecycles to recommend sourcing strategies that minimize asset downtime post shipyard delivery.</li>\n <li>Support managers and directors in supplier evaluations, including the design of evaluation matrices and analysis of results.</li>\n <li>Build total cost models, savings projections, and analytical reports using large datasets to support negotiation and sourcing strategies.</li>\n <li>Lead supplier negotiations to secure optimal commercial and contractual terms.</li>\n <li>Develop KPIs to track strategy implementation, compliance, and performance results.</li>\n <li>Manage vendor performance, ESG risk metrics, contract renewals, and supplier relationships.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>The skills you will bring to our team</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li>\n <li><p>5–10 years of relevant procurement experience; marine industry experience is an asset.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</p></li>\n <li><p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis).</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle (asset).</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of data analytics and BI tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, SAS, Access – asset).</p></li>\n <li><p>Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Knowledge of English is neces</em><em>sary for this role due to daily interactions with colleagues, clients and partners who are mainly located outside Quebec and in order to understand regulatory requirements and technical instructions and specifications.</em> </p>\n<h2>Why CSL?</h2>\n<p>The CSL Group Inc.
