However, depending on workload there may be occasional longer days and occasional weekends as needed. Employee is expected to work the hours necessary in order to timely and satisfactorily complete all necessary work tasks.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Travel</strong><br> Travel is not required for this position.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within a complex, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment, preferably heavy equipment or capital goods.</li><li>Strong understanding of custom manufacturing processes, material planning, and capacity management.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work across functional teams.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support decisions and solve problems.</li></ul>",
