The Sales Greeter must ensure an initial elevated impression by greeting clients, offering hospitality, and introducing them to the appropriate member based on their needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet clients as they enter the dealership and offers hospitality</li>\n <li>Determine clients’ needs, and locate appropriate member to assist</li>\n <li>Introduce client to appropriate member</li>\n <li>Know and understand the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction</li>\n <li>Know and understand the Avondale Privacy and Information Security and adhere to the requirements</li>\n <li>Follow other administrative duties that may be assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p>Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<p>Flexibility with schedule</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS </strong></p>\n<p>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
