Fellowship Overview The Hatch Content Fellowship is a pre-professional apprenticeship program designed to cultivate emerging talent in audio storytelling, production, and functional content for sleep and wellbeing. This unique opportunity bridges the gap between academic learning and real-world professional practice in the rapidly evolving audio content industry. Fellows will work directly with Hatch's Content Team to support the creation of audio across multiple formats, gaining hands-on experience in audio production workflows, content publishing, and understanding the business of audio within a tech ecosystem. This will be a 6-Month fellowship. What You'll Do Fellows support active productions while learning how professional audio content is developed, produced, and delivered at scale.
