    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Position Summary</p><p>The Product &amp; Process Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting product quality, manufacturing process control, and industrialization activities throughout the product lifecycle. This role works cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure products and production processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), process validation, manufacturing readiness, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Product &amp; Process Quality</li><li>Support product and manufacturing process quality activities throughout the product lifecycle</li><li>Review and maintain technical documentation including work instructions, specifications, control plans, and acceptance criteria</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or other applicable industry requirements</li><li>Participate in product verification, validation, and qualification activities</li><li>Risk Management &amp; Quality Tools</li><li>Lead or support PFMEA/FMEA activities to identify and mitigate manufacturing and process risks</li><li>Support corrective and preventive action activities (CAPA)</li><li>Participate in PPAP preparation, capability studies, SPC analysis, and root cause investigations</li><li>Utilize quality methodologies such as 8D, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement tools</li><li>Process Control &amp; Industrialization</li><li>Develop and maintain control plans, inspection methods, and process verification activities</li><li>Support manufacturing process development and transition from prototype to production</li><li>Conduct manufacturing readiness and process feasibility evaluations</li><li>Assist with new product introduction (NPI) and production line support activities</li><li>Equipment Validation &amp; Manufacturing Support</li><li>Support equipment commissioning, validation, qualification, and acceptance activities</li><li>Help define equipment validation protocols and acceptance criteria</li><li>Troubleshoot manufacturing and equipment-related quality issues using root cause analysis methods</li><li>Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve process capability and production efficiency</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration</li><li>Work closely with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Suppliers, Quality, and Operations teams</li><li>Support communication and coordination during product launches and manufacturing transfers</li><li>Assist suppliers and internal teams with quality-related investigations and process improvements</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li><li>Drive initiatives focused on improving product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and process stability</li><li>Support Lean Manufacturing and data-driven improvement projects</li><li>Contribute to improvements in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and digital tools such as ERP, MES, and QMS platforms</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p><p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in one of the following disciplines preferred -</p><ul><li>Industrial Engineering</li><li>Mechanical Engineering</li><li>Aerospace Engineering</li><li>Electrical/Electronic Engineering</li><li>Manufacturing Engineering</li><li>Materials Engineering</li><li>Related technical field</li></ul><p><strong>Experience</strong></p><ul><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in manufacturing quality, process quality, industrialization, or quality engineering</li><li>Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness, or process validation activities</li><li>Hands-on experience with quality tools such as:</li><li>PFMEA/FMEA</li><li>Control Plans</li><li>PPAP</li><li>SPC</li><li>Root Cause Analysis / 8D</li><li>Lean Manufacturing methodologies</li><li>Preferred Qualifications</li><li>Experience in aerospace, defense, automotive, medical device, electronics, or other regulated manufacturing industries</li><li>Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems</li><li>Experience with SAP, ERP, MES, PLM, or QMS systems</li><li>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or related certifications preferred</li><li>Auditor certifications or APQP/PPAP training a plus</li></ul><p>Skills &amp; Competencies</p><ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Experience interpreting technical drawings and engineering documentation</li><li>Additional Information</li><li>Ability to travel as needed</li><li>Manufacturing environment with regular interaction on the production floor</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
