This role includes coaching, communication with families, and helping grow our goaltending community.</p>\n<p>This is not a seasonal position — it's a long-term coaching career pathway within one of the most respected goalie development programs in the U.S.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">On-Ice Coaching Responsibilities:</span><br>• Lead goalie training sessions for a wide range of ages and skill levels<br>• Create and execute structured practice plans tailored by age, skill, and season<br>• Demonstrate proper technique on the ice (must be able to skate and shoot effectively)<br>• Ensure consistent, high-quality technical instruction<br>• Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment<br>• Train and oversee part-time/seasonal support coaches</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Off-Ice / Development Responsibilities:</span><br>• Build individualized goalie development plans<br>• Deliver video breakdowns and IQ sessions<br>• Evaluate goalies and provide expert performance feedback<br>• Track progress through the season<br>• Communicate professionally with parents, players, and association partners</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Program Support Responsibilities:</span><br>• Assist with MAP/FHIT preview tournaments, clinics, and events<br>• Help grow the program by evaluating and recruiting new goalies<br>• Support association in-season goalie clinics<br>• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety standards</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Requirements</span></span></p>\n<p>To be considered, applicants <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">must meet ALL core requirements</span>:<br>• Played or coached at a<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> High School, Junior, College, or Professional level</span><br>• Ability to <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">demonstrate goalie movements on-ice</span>, teach techniques, and shoot with accuracy<br>• Strong command presence on the ice (clear communication, ability to lead groups)<br>• Ability to motivate, inspire, and build relationships with goalies<br>• Basic technology skills (email, iPad, video analysis, Google Drive)<br>• Must be eligible to work in the United States (we have no visa sponsorship available)</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p>• Previous goalie coaching experience (private lessons, camps, associations, etc.)<br>• Strength &amp; conditioning familiarity<br>• Strong communication and leadership skills<br>• Ability to provide a first-class athlete experience<br>• Experience with video review or game analysis</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<p>• $45,000–$55,000 starting annual salary + bonuses<br>• Health benefits + PTO<br>• Access to three elite training facilities<br>• Growth opportunities to senior coach or director roles<br>• Equipment discounts<br>• Supportive team environment with specialists in every discipline<br>• Long-term career path within a stable, industry-leading organization</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule</span></span></p>\n<p>• Full-time (weekday + weekend coaching as needed)<br>• Year-round position</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How to Apply</span></span></p>\n<p>Apply through Indeed or directly at:<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><a href=\"https://darkhorseathletics.bamboohr.com/careers\" target=\"_new\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://darkhorseathletics.bamboohr.com/careers</a></span></p>",
