          "text": "<p>The&#xa0;<strong>Mold Shop and Machine Repair Supervisor</strong>&#xa0;is accountable for supervising hourly personnel in all phases of machine and mold shop operation, along with all related design and specification activities.</p><p><strong>The&#xa0;Mold Shop and Machine Repair Supervisor will:</strong></p><ul><li>Review&#xa0;bottle quality and mold equipment operating data</li><li>Analyze&#xa0;blueprints, job histories, and specifications to&#xa0;make&#xa0;recommendations relative to equipment operating adjustments and equipment design changes</li><li>Be responsible for department’s preventive maintenance program</li><li>Conducts periodic inspections</li><li>Manage department KPI’s</li><li>Ensure correct use of safety equipment and that&#xa0;safety policies are followed</li><li>Oversee&#xa0;Mold Maker apprenticeship programs</li></ul><p><strong>The Mold Shop and Machine Repair Supervisor should have:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supervising and training employees and managing cross-functional teams</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization</li><li>Be able to support job changes and improvement initiatives</li><li>Project management skills</li></ul>",
