Job Description Join our Water Resources team at Olsson, a leading engineering firm actively seeking a dedicated Entry-Level Civil Engineer graduate. The Water Resources team offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. This position is an entry-level, engineer-in-training (EIT) developmental position that performs a variety of routine engineering assignments that strengthen knowledge and experience with engineering staff, methods, practices, and programs while under direct supervision. This position assists with generating ideas and creating designs that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs. Qualifications You are passionate about: Working collaboratively with others Having ownership in the work you do Using your talents to positively affect communities You bring to the team: Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to contribute and work well on a team Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field of study Ability to obtain or the possession of an Engineer Intern (EI) or (IE) certificate Experience with Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, or other modeling software is a plus Aspiration to advance and evolve in the field of water resources engineering Exceptional problem-solving skills #LI-AA1 Additional Information Olsson specializes in engineering and design, client advisory services, planning, field services, and environmental.
