Position Overview As a Real Estate Instructor , you will have the opportunity to teach, mentor, and inspire future leaders in real estate finance. In this role, you will: Serve as a lead facilitator for real estate classroom training sessions , guiding students and professionals as they build the critical skills needed to excel in their real estate careers. Develop your public speaking and presentation skills , establish your personal brand as a thought leader in real estate finance, and expand your professional network across the financial services and real estate industries. The ideal candidate has deep experience in real estate finance and a passion for sharing knowledge through teaching. Key Responsibilities Deliver in-person and virtual training seminars for clients, including: Undergraduate and MBA students at leading business schools. Professionals at investment banks, private equity firms, and other corporate institutions. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to provide personalized support to students. Collaborate with WSP to: Enhance existing training materials and ensure they remain industry-relevant. Develop new course content to meet evolving client needs. Successfully complete WSP’s Train-the-Trainer Program , a professional development program designed to equip instructors with advanced teaching skills. What We Are Looking For Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in real estate-focused roles at an investment bank, private equity firm, or other investment firm. Experience working with Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) is a plus. Education: MBA from a top business school preferred but not required. Skills & Passion: Strong accounting, financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate finance and analysis. A genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students. Availability: Flexibility to conduct training sessions Monday–Friday and weekends as needed. Ability to commit to at least 10 training days per year , with availability for domestic and international travel. Compensation & Benefits Compensation: Highly competitive daily rate.
