You are genuinely passionate about People Analytics, HR Controlling, and data-driven transformation. What we require: You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a comparable field. You bring at least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in HR controlling, People Analytics, or a similar analytical role. You have a solid understanding of financial and controlling principles and are experienced in working with HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, recruiting KPIs, and diversity indicators. You are highly proficient in Excel and have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker Studio. You demonstrate strong analytical skills; knowledge of SQL or Python/R is considered an advantage. You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and handle sensitive data with a high level of responsibility. You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
