The role requires a minimum of 20% travel.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute the global Strategic Plan (STRAP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the LOB, aligned with corporate growth targets</li>\n <li>Identify key market trends (e.g., regulatory shifts, sustainability drivers, feedstock dynamics) to shape product strategy and innovation pipeline</li>\n <li>Drive competitive positioning through market segmentation, pricing strategy, and customer value differentiation</li>\n <li>Lead all aspects of P&amp;L for the business and monitor key financial KPIs</li>\n <li>Oversee global commercial strategy, including channel management, pricing, contract strategy, and key account development</li>\n <li>Work closely with R&amp;D, Product Management, and Regulatory Affairs to manage the lifecycle of the product portfolio</li>\n <li>Accelerate new product introductions with focus on sustainability, performance differentiation, and regulatory compliance</li>\n <li>Lead a diverse and cross-functional team across commercial, technical, and operational roles</li>\n <li>Attract, develop, and retain key talent with a focus on inclusion, engagement, and leadership pipeline development</li>\n</ul>",
