Controls / BAS Technicians  </li>\n<li>Mechanical Commissioning Technicians  </li>\n<li>HVAC Technicians  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do (depending on trade)</span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Electrical / Power Systems</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform commissioning and start-up: inspections, energization support, functional testing, troubleshooting  </li>\n<li>Commission switchgear (LV/MV), ATS/STS, UPS, generators, PDUs/RPPs, breakers, transformers, and controls  </li>\n<li>Execute testing and produce client-ready documentation  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">I&amp;C / Controls / BAS</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Loop checks, point-to-point verification, calibration, and functional testing  </li>\n<li>Validate BMS/BAS, EPMS, generator/UPS controls, and critical interlocks  </li>\n<li>Support trending, deficiency tracking, and turnover packages  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mechanical / HVAC</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commission chillers, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, VFDs, hydronic systems  </li>\n<li>Validate airflow, temperatures, setpoints, safeties, and sequences  </li>\n<li>Support functional and integrated systems testing  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">2) Commissioning Leads (Project Leads)</span> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Commissioning Leads serve as the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">primary onsite leaders</span> for commissioning execution—driving safe progress, quality documentation, coordination, and turnover. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do as a Project Lead</span>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead execution, safety, and quality</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary onsite leader for the full commissioning project: planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and driving safe progress across all systems and teams  </li>\n<li>Own quality of all commissioning deliverables: test documentation, deficiency tracking, redlines, turnover packages, and closeout  </li>\n<li>Act as the key point of contact for client reps, coordinating with GCs, subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to remove roadblocks and maintain schedule momentum  </li>\n<li>Drive readiness reviews, functional testing, and integrated systems testing (IST) coordination across all disciplines (Electrical, Controls, Mechanical/HVAC, Network/Comms partners)  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentorship &amp; team leadership</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coach technicians on best practices, safe execution, troubleshooting methods, and documentation standards  </li>\n<li>Provide on-the-job training, set expectations, and support development of junior and mid-level technicians  </li>\n<li>Maintain a high-performing culture: clear communication, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Technical leadership (leveraging your core expertise)</span>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Lead – Electrical/Power Systems Focus</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on guidance for commissioning mission-critical power distribution equipment such as switchgear (LV/MV), ATS/STS, UPS systems, generators, PDUs/RPPs, breakers, transformers, and related monitoring/controls  </li>\n<li>Oversee electrical testing activities and ensure accurate documentation  </li>\n<li>Lead troubleshooting and support energization planning and execution  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Lead – I&amp;C / Controls / BAS Focus</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on guidance for loop checks, point-to-point verification, calibration/verification, and functional testing  </li>\n<li>Oversee validation of sequences, alarms, and monitoring for BMS/BAS, EPMS, generator controls, UPS monitoring, and critical infrastructure interlocks  </li>\n<li>Drive trending, issue resolution, and turnover readiness for controls deliverables  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">All roles</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work safely and contribute to a high-standard commissioning culture  </li>\n<li>Mentor junior techs and collaborate with leads, vendors, and clients  </li>\n<li>Deliver accurate reporting, test results, and turnover packages  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience that stands out</span>  </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on data center / mission-critical commissioning  </li>\n<li>Integrated systems testing (IST) experience  </li>\n<li>Familiarity with Hexagon Smart Completions (asset)  </li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting in schedule-driven environments  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp;
