The recruitment process will include a pre-employment physical and drug screen.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span>Equipment Operator </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span>A pre-employment physical and drug screen are required. </span>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Operator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Operating various pieces of heavy equipment </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Loading and unloading materials and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Performing general maintenance and inspection of equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Working outdoors in all weather conditions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Working at heights with the use of mobile equipment and ladders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> Often required to stand, handle/feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, talk or hear.
