    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Role Overview</p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support large multi-year programs focused on modernizing and consolidating retail banking platforms.</p>\n<p>This role requires a hands-on program manager who can operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive cross-team coordination across large enterprise programs.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities Program Leadership</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own end-to-end program execution for transformation initiatives.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, and execution strategy.</li>\n <li>Break down large initiatives into manageable modules, releases, and milestones.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cross-Team Coordination</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate across engineering teams, business stakeholders, business analysts, and product teams.</li>\n <li>Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across multiple programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Program Delivery</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Track delivery progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.</li>\n <li>Ensure teams remain aligned to program timelines and deliverables.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Stakeholder Communication</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and present weekly program updates to business and leadership stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Communicate program status, risks, and milestones clearly and effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Problem Solving</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate effectively in complex and ambiguous environments.</li>\n <li>Identify gaps in requirements or execution and drive resolution across teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Skills &amp; Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years of experience in Program / Project Management roles</li>\n <li>Proven experience managing large enterprise technology programs</li>\n <li>Strong experience working in Agile delivery environments</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n <li>Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex initiatives</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Good to have experience working with core banking systems or banking platforms</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Compensation, Benefits and Duration</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000<br>\n Maximum Compensation: USD&nbsp;133,000<br>\n Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate.
