As a  Kemin team member, you will experience… </em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>A competitive financial package</em></strong><em>- in addition to your salary, we offer</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><em>an uncapped bonus opportunity</em></li>\n   <li><em>4</em><em>01k match program</em></li>\n   <li><em>benefits eligibility day one including paid vacation and holidays.</em> </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Robust health and wellness support</em></strong><em>- we are proud to offer a fitness reimbursement (for your whole family!), and free fresh fruit in break areas- just to name a few.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Continued learning opportunities</em></strong><em>- Kemin offers tuition reimbursement and recently launched a new corporate university with online and in-person training opportunities for growth and development throughout your entire career. </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review batch records and bring variances forward, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Must follow all procedures and SOPs/forms and assist with updates.</li>\n <li>Must maintain proper quality documentation.</li>\n <li>Support Change Management process as necessary.</li>\n <li>Participate in internal audits, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Facilitate GMP audits, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Trained on external audit process and support, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Coordinate Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) activities, as applicable.</li>\n <li>May collect samples, prepare shipments and inspect raw materials and finished goods.</li>\n <li>May perform raw material, finished goods, and packaging release, with supervision, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Daily data entry as applicable.</li>\n <li>Assist with nonconformities, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Must follow the Quality Management System.</li>\n <li>Review and request supplier documents, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Prepare communication for customers, under guidance.</li>\n <li>Must work closely with cross functional teams (including Operations, R&D, and other quality groups).</li>\n <li>Follows and maintains an environment of food and/or feed safety in compliance with rules and regulations, as applicable.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 2 years of related experience or Bachelor's Degree (4 year degree) with no experience.</li>\n <li>Previous manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, inspection, internal and external auditing, GMP, or other related experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have and maintain an insurable driving record.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to work both the Verona and Sarcoxie sites as needed.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter and able to work independently and interact well with others in a team environment.</li>\n <li>Must be able to use computer systems, MS Office, M3 LIMs, etc.</li>\n <li>Must have attention to detail with good written, oral communication and math skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to operate, troubleshoot, perform maintenance, instruct and perform method validation on lab equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer.
