    "description": "<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p>SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>If you are passionate about assisting people reach their highest level of independence!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our therapy team executes customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.</p>\n<p> If you're motivated to give our clients a more positive quality of life, we encourage you to apply today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Current availability needs: Monday - Friday</strong></p>\n<p><strong> between the hours of 10:00am - 8:30pm (2-5 hrs/day)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Cities include: Twentynine Palms and other surrounding cities. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Medical Benefits available for those who qualify!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment</li>\n <li>Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting</li>\n <li>Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst</li>\n <li>Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor</li>\n <li>Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals</li>\n <li>Track client progress and program data</li>\n <li>Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures</li>\n <li>Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred </li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferred</li>\n <li>Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License</li>\n <li>Reliable transportation and insurance</li>\n <li>Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs</li>\n <li>Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, offers a holistic approach and integrated care for people with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities who often need additional resources.
