A Full Stack Developer at Modus typically reports to an Associate Director and above within Engineering.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Engineering Execution &amp; Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Develop user interfaces, ensuring responsiveness across devices, and optimizing for performance using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Create server-side logic and applications, typically using languages and frameworks such as node js, Python, .NET, or PHP.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Design and create optimized database schemas, tables, and models (e.g., MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Integrate large language models and retrieval augmented generation systems into functional applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and technical documentation for existing applications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Identify, diagnose, and fix bugs and performance issues in the application, ensuring a smooth user experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Reviewing peers' code for quality, security, and standards to maintain a healthy codebase.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaboration &amp; Teamwork</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Contribute with technical direction, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Work cooperatively with project and account managers, designers, engineers, and other team members, as required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Attend and engage in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and technical decisions to stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Contribute to team growth</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Other duties related to the position that may arise from time to time and as may be assigned</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">5+ years of experience in software development with a strong full-stack background</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Proven experience in a full stack engineering role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, Java or similar)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Clear understanding of system architecture, APIs, and scalable application design</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Experience with AI and agentic systems and technology is a strong plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Strong (English) communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">You’re located in Buenos Aires and are willing to work from our office at least 2 times a month (hybrid schedule)  </span></li>\n</ul>",
