You’ll also mentor engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing and contribute to cross-team technical initiatives that shape scalable, resilient systems. <br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Design, develop, and maintain platform UI components and services</strong> using React, TypeScript and other modern frontend technologies.</li><li><strong>Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality</strong> by writing tests, enforcing standards, and maintaining deployment automation with tools like GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and SonarQube.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with stakeholders</strong> to align on technical and strategic priorities, clarify requirements, and plan cross-functional work. Communication via tickets system, Microsoft Teams, and regular agile ceremonies.</li><li><strong>Mentor junior frontend engineers</strong> - providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and supporting professional development to improve overall engineering output.</li><li><strong>Contribute to system and application architecture</strong> - making design decisions for scalable and maintainable systems; evaluate and introduce new technologies where appropriate; <strong>push cross-team technical initiatives</strong> and coordinate efforts across teams.</li></ul>"
