This includes but is not limited to: ensuring accountability at all levels; overseeing and approving all production operations, communicating effectively between all corporate and entity-specific departments, managing financial budgets and authorizing facility purchasing, providing monthly production analysis and presenting data to the Finance team to ensure proper execution for all entities, and unlocking innovation and strategic initiatives to streamline and improve operations.
