Now we're at an inflection point: major global cycling brands are coming on board, AI is reshaping how we work, and we're building toward one big goal — to be the leading global specialist cycle insurer.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">This is the role for a senior leader who wants to lead the charge — set the strategy, lead the team, deepen our established partnerships, win the new global brands, and put Bikmo at the centre of cycling worldwide.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: 600\"><br>Job purpose</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">To lead Bikmo's Partnerships function globally — owning the channel strategy, KPIs and partner P&L in lockstep with the CXO and CEO — and to take overall responsibility for the success of Bikmo's established partner network, including British Cycling, Trek, Brompton, Cyclescheme, Cycling UK, ARBÖ and others.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">The Group Head of Partnerships leads a small, exceptionally efficient team that secures, launches and scales the right partnerships across multiple territories, and is the operational owner of insurance distribution within the partner channel.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Direct reports: Head of Partnerships UK+IE and Head of Business Development, with indirect oversight of the Partnerships Success Manager. The Head of Bikmo for Business reports directly to the CXO; the Group Head of Partnerships partners closely with that team on cross-channel commercial alignment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Own the success of Bikmo's established partner network</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> — British Cycling, Trek, Brompton, Cyclescheme, Cycling UK, ARBÖ and the wider portfolio — deepening relationships, growing year-on-year value, and keeping Bikmo their first call for cycle insurance.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Land and scale new global brand partnerships</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> — leading multi-territory rollouts with joined-up local teams, integrations, activation and economics.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-size: 10pt\">Own and deliver the partnerships operating plan, revenue forecasts, pipeline targets and reporting cadence across UK+IE, EU (Bikmo GmbH) and selected global markets including the US.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Manage commercial negotiations, contract terms and partnership economics; monitor unit economics and CAC to focus the team on the highest-value opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Lead the operational rollout of new global brand partnerships across multiple markets, joining up technical integrations, marketing activation, partner economics and customer journeys from day one.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Hold the line on partner outcomes — customer experience, conversion, retention and claims experience — so partners see Bikmo as a force-multiplier for their brand.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><br>Insurance distribution & operational excellence</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Take operational ownership of insurance distribution within the partner channel — partner due diligence, onboarding, TOBA/contracting standards, ongoing monitoring and Consumer Duty alignment, with Compliance retaining regulated accountability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 10pt\">Run an effective partner-monitoring framework covering financial, conduct, operational and reputational risk; ensure all partner-facing materials and journeys deliver fair customer outcomes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
