We’ve been recognised as Shopify Plus Experts since the inception of the Plus program in 2016, and our clients work across a range of verticals, largely selling consumable products. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial;\">About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Project Managers play a key role at Swanky,  communicating constantly with client teams and helping to coordinate and manage our expert teams. You will be joining the Australian team, working on large eCommerce projects with a particular focus on migrations to Shopify Plus. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Your responsibilities will include: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coaching and leading other project managers in the team, proactively influencing the working environment of more junior colleagues.<br></span></li>\n<li><span>Helping to create and implement best practice working arrangements and processes within the team, and ensuring that these are implemented by your colleagues.</span><span></span></li>\n<li><span>Overseeing multiple projects using Agile methodologies and principles.</span></li>\n<li><span>Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines and budgets, and ensuring they are adhered to throughout each project.</span></li>\n<li><span>Identifying and mitigating project risks, and taking proactive measures to ensure project success through successful internal and client collaboration.</span></li>\n<li><span>Building strong relationships with our clients to deliver commercially successful projects that meet client requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span>Working closely with our large team of designers, developers, product managers, QAs and data experts to seamlessly coordinate appropriate expertise throughout the life of a project, coaching and guiding others through each project.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial;\">Role requirements / essential skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3+ years Project Management experience within the Ecommerce sector.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or BigCommerce, including broader app, integration and third-party ecosystems (and in each case with a desire to spend the next chapter of your career building with Shopify Plus).</span></li>\n<li><span>Methodical and organised approach, with the ability to closely follow established procedures and understanding when to follow the playbook and when innovation is required.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of thinking with clarity and logic under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and great organisation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience in working with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop strong teams and delegate tasks effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to maintain project definition of scope, deliverables, schedule and task prioritisation, managing client expectations and agreeing appropriate adjustments where necessary.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong critical thinking skills that empower the team to achieve success no matter the situation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience managing technical and creative teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong organisation and time management skills and the ability to balance the competing priorities of multiple simultaneous projects.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial;\">Desired Skills</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prince2 and/or Agile Project Methodology.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience handling large Shopify Plus migration/replatforming projects leading large multi-disciplinary teams.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with other ecommerce tools.</span></li>\n<li><span>Understanding of development processes (mainly front end).</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 18px; font-family: Arial;\">Benefits</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Salary $80k to $90k </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Flexible working hours during the day</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Work From Home within ANZ (for timezone overlap and in person eventing convenience)</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Working with dynamic, creative and growing clients on fun, challenging and often high-profile projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">\"They invest in their team and aim to provide assistance in growing and nurturing your skills.\"</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Be part of an inspiring, growing, highly collaborative and ambitious team. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\"></span></p>",
