      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li>\n<li>3+ years of relevant experience in water or wastewater treatment process engineering.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes (e.g., coagulation/flocculation, sedimentation, filtration, membrane systems, activated sludge, MBR, RO).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting requirements.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of SCADA systems and instrumentation controls.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD / Inventor, Excel, process simulation software).</li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li>\n"
