This role will be working with commercial teams, contracts manager, clients, design teams and project directors.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">REPORTING TO:                   BIM Manager</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Purpose of Role</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist the BIM Lead in producing BIM content to meet the required standards and are to the clients’ satisfaction.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Role Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to produce detailed 3D BIM models in line with specific project requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborate internally and externally with other disciplines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Create BIM Modelling content. Setup of additional Revit families and templates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Develop construction drawings and be able to extract data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Carry out conformity checks on Revit models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist in the identification of clash detections on federated models using Navisworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Monitor the implementation of BIM execution plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Liaise with sub-contractors and design teams to agree objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Take part in Tender returns for modelling and drawings – logistics and planning</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">The Candidate</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">A Degree in Building Information Modelling (Level 7/8) or a related Engineering / Architecture Undergraduate Degree (Level 7/8) preferable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Experience in software applications (AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1-2 years’ experience working in a related field (Main contractor experience in build/fit out is an advantage)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Some understanding of BIM procedures, protocols and data management software tools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Have a passion for digitalising common construction practices and a keen desire to influence the use of innovative technology within a business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Self-starter with excellent communications skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Team player</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Exercises good judgment when working under pressure; is patient and flexible.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">                                                          </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Remuneration</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Flynn offer a competitive remuneration package which may include basic salary, pension and life assurance, healthcare and a car allowance.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\"><em>Flynn is an equal opportunities employer </em></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">For further details on Flynn's Privacy Statement, please go to: https://www.flynnmc.com/privacy</span></p>",
