Principal MLOps Platform Engineer

The MLOps Platform Engineer will own the deployment, IaC, observability, runtime management and cost governance across all layers of the Agentic Platform. The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Responsibilities Build IaC with Terraform or AWS CDK. Implement CI/CD (CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Configure CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry for LLM observability. Manage environment isolation and prompt/model versioning. Implement containerization with Docker, ECS Fargate, or EKS. Track platform costs using CloudWatch budgets. Qualifications Deep AWS operational expertise. Strong observability skills. Proven container orchestration experience. High bar for reliability and cost efficiency. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification. Kubernetes/CNCF certifications.
