Property Manager (Luxury 55+ Townhome Community – Lease-Up) We are seeking a polished, results-driven Property Manager to lead a newly built luxury 55+ townhome community . This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional who excels in leasing, sales, and resident experience , and is energized by launching a new community.
What You’ll Do Drive leasing performance and achieve occupancy goals during lease-up Conduct personalized tours and deliver a high-touch, luxury experience Execute targeted marketing and outreach to attract 55+ residents Build relationships with local referral partners and community organizations Oversee daily operations, staff, and vendors Create a welcoming, service-driven community with engaging resident events Manage financials including rent collection and reporting What We’re Looking For 3+ years of property management, leasing, or related experience Proven success in sales/leasing and occupancy growth Strong leadership and customer service skills Experience with lease-ups, luxury, or 55+ communities preferred Knowledge of Fair Housing and property management software Why Join Us Lead the launch of a brand-new luxury community Competitive pay + leasing/occupancy incentives Benefits and growth opportunities with a reputable company The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 in compliance with New York State pay transparency requirements.
