      "content": "\n<li>Meet with clients to determine survey needs</li>\n<li>Oversee boundary and topographic surveys in the field and office</li>\n<li>Establish project expectations, calculate survey data</li>\n<li>Oversee and participate in the preparation of computer-generated maps and reports based on survey data</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records, files and documentation including field notes</li>\n<li>Prepare budgets for projects, proposals, and technical reports</li>\n<li>Review and certify work when complete</li>\n<li>Open to daily travel and overnight travel to client sites</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>Must have PLS license for IL</li>\n<li>Prefer experience with boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, construction staking and data collection</li>\n<li>Prefer experience with robotic total stations and GNSS receivers</li>\n<li>Prefer experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and accountability</li>\n<li>Clean driving record required (no more than 3 accidents and/or moving violations in the last 36 months or 2 accidents and or moving violations within the last 12 months)</li>\n<li>Proven ability to work in a team environment</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work in an office environment and field environment</li>\n"
