          "text": "<p>Currently conducting a search for an experienced Communications Systems Engineer for one of our top clients in Philadelphia, a large and prestigious global organization.</p><p>This core responsibilities of this role are to conduct high-level UC architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development. Additionally the incumbent will coaches and advise senior IT Management on UC architecture, UC technology solutions, and collaborate across AV and IT Infrastructure teams to translate complex UC concepts into tactical action and implementation plans.</p><p>This role offers a high base, bonus potential and excellent benefits/growth opportunities.</p><p><br /></p>",

          "text": "<p><span>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.</span><br /></p><p><span>At least 5-years of experience planning, designing, and analyzing UC systems on a mid-to-large scale.</span><br /></p><p><span>At least 5-years of experience designing and operating Cisco Video Teleconference (VTC) bridging and conferencing systems and endpoints.</span><br /></p><p><span>At least 2-years of experience with LAN, WAN, IP network architectures and design principles including IPv4, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Routing and Switching.</span></p><p>At least 2 years in IP routing protocols and working knowledge of IPv6, BGP, MPLS, OSPF, VPNs, multicast, and IP mobility.</p><p><span>Cisco, CTS, AMX, Crestron, Clearone, and Biamp certifications highly desirable.</span><br /></p><p><span>Experience and understanding of Cisco TMS and Codian bridge operations.</span></p><p>Able to read, follow and implement system design documentation and drawings.</p><p>Able to read and interpret manufacturer&apos;s system manuals for troubleshooting and system operations.</p><p><span>Must possess high levels of audio visual integration technical knowledge.</span></p><p>Strong understanding of commercial AV control system technologies (e.g., Crestron).-</p><p>Strong understanding of A/V routing and processing technologies (e.g., Extron, Barco, Evertz, BSS, ClearOne).</p>",
