This dual-role position requires strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to educational excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, ensuring efficient and effective patient care delivery.</li>\n<li>Supervise ED staff, including nurses and support personnel, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with healthcare leadership to develop and implement educational programs for staff development and continuing education.</li>\n<li>Design, coordinate, and conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, focusing on emergency care best practices and procedural updates.</li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate educational outcomes, assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement.</li>\n<li>Serve as a resource and mentor to ED staff, providing guidance on clinical practice, emergency response protocols, and patient care strategies.</li>\n<li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the ED, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies related to emergency care and staff education.</li>\n<li>Provide nursing call coverage in a rotation with the other nursing leaders.
