    "description": "<h2>Working Hours/Days</h2>7:30 am – 4:00 pm Monday- Friday\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Customer Service & Rental Facilitator - Lift Truck will be responsible for assisting customers with their equipment rental needs, facilitating getting equipment back to a ready-to-rent condition. Will also be responsible for scheduling equipment deliveries, pick-ups, and transportation. Will assist Store Coordinator with any miscellaneous/special projects or tasks as needed.</p>\n<h2>Basic Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for assisting customers with sales and rental equipment needs.</li>\n <li>Assist walk-in customers with sales and service needs.</li>\n <li>Enter all rental contracts, billing statements/invoices.</li>\n <li>Order rental forklift supplies, sell supply items and be responsible for re-stocking supply items.</li>\n <li>Answer calls and customer questions in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service to all customers.</li>\n <li>Schedule transportation for all sales and customer owned equipment to be serviced.</li>\n <li>Schedule rental & sales equipment to be delivered or picked up.</li>\n <li>Assist with return to ready status for rental equipment.</li>\n <li>Facilitate prepping equipment to get back out to the customer.</li>\n <li>Follow up with customers on long-term rentals.</li>\n <li>Assist in scheduling preventative maintenance on equipment out on rent.</li>\n <li>Responsible for scheduling the maintenance and repairs of delivery vehicles.</li>\n <li>Monitor D.O.T. safety regulations to make sure delivery vehicles are compliant.</li>\n <li>Assist with yard duties as needed.</li>\n <li>Load and unload equipment when needed</li>\n <li>Arrange and schedule Equipment Transportation/Dispatch Altorfer Driver</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2 years of previous Construction/Material Handling equipment experience needed.</li>\n <li>General knowledge of construction equipment needed. </li>\n <li>General knowledge of forklifts/ forklift specifications preferred.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.  </li>\n <li>Computer proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook required. Knowledge of DBS preferred. </li>\n <li>Good organizational skills with excellent communication skills (verbally & written) is required.</li>\n <li>Must be well organized and able to meet challenging deadlines.</li>\n <li>Previous customer service experience is required.</li>\n <li>Forklift or pallet jack experience preferred </li>\n <li>Ability to lift 50-75 lbs safely.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent required. </li>\n <li>Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min</h2>\n<h2>Posted Max</h2>\n<h2>Physical Requirements/Working Conditions</h2>\n<p>This position works in an office environment and Warehouse environment. May, on a continuous basis, sit at desk for a long period of time; intermittently answer telephone and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. May, on a continuous basis be out in the warehouse to pick inventory or to re-stock inventory. Walking, climb, squat, twist (general range of motion movements) and lifting up to 75 lbs. may be required. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate to low and the noise level in the warehouse is usually moderate to high. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel is required, 30% of travel is needed. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
