You&rsquo;ll hand-wind and operate robotic winding equipment, assemble and encapsulate parts, and carefully inspect and rework components to ensure they meet detailed work orders, blueprints, and high-quality standards.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:</u></strong></span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Operate or tend coil-winding machines to wind magnet-wire coils used in electrical components such as resistors, inductors and filters.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Working on a team in a cell environment or individually at a work station, will fit, fasten and wind magnet-wire coils, either by hand or with automated (sometimes robotic) machinery.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Select and load materials such as coil forms and spooled magnet wire, onto machinery used in coiling winding processes.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Watch and observe monitors, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Prepare components for transition to next step in the assembly process.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Cut, strip, and bend wire leads at ends of coils, using hand tools.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Apply solutions or conformal coating to certain components, using hand tools; bake product in ovens.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\">Verbally communicating pertinent information to Supervisors or Production Managers about problems affecting production output or quality.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in;
