      "content": "<li>Entry level knowledge within the Electrical Engineering discipline with the capabilities and the initiative to perform tasks with supervisory/mentor assistance as required</li><li>Ability to learn technical skills and assist with low &amp; medium power distribution design and layout</li><li>Become familiar with and assist with substation design, short circuit analysis, and ARC flash studies</li><li>Assist with development of wiring diagrams and schematics</li><li>Assist with electrical calculations including short circuit, load flow, arc flash, motor starting, harmonic, device coordination, and voltage drop</li><li>Design conduit, cable tray, and underground duct bank</li><li>Verify field conditions as needed</li><li>Learn P&amp;ID development</li><li>Become familiar with instrumentation selection and specifications</li><li>Assist with instrument loop diagrams, location plans, and installations details</li><li>Learn the development of sequence of operation and functional description documents</li>"
