We value our employee family and foster opportunities for us to engage in meaningful connections and we reward employees who exceed expectations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Job Description </span></span></p>\n<p><span>We are searching for an innovative Production Complex Assembler to join our team and ensure quality products are delivered on time.  </span>The Production Assembler responsibilities will include, mechanical assembly, electro-mechanical assembly, following manufacturing process instructions, and performing various tests on products. RbM offers a clean climate-controlled facility where the work is<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em> not</em></span> repetitive and boring. To be a successful production technician, you should display great attention to detail and a sound understanding of what makes a good product.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ol>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assemble and inspect equipment by:</span>\n<ol>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Closely following work instructions.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Soldering electronic through-hole and SMT components.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Using various hand tools and fixtures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Strictly following health and safety procedures and policies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Cleaning assemblies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Obtaining needed components, tools, and supplies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Inspecting all aspects of work performed to verify compliance to requirements.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform testing on assemblies.</span></li>\n</ol>\n</li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Complete all job and unit paperwork legibly and accurately.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Advise supervision of needs to correct documentation.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Obtain assistance when problems arise.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Rework of printed circuit board assemblies.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Adherence to company policies and procedures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Cleaning work area.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Minor preventative maintenance of tools and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Complete other duties as assigned.</span><br></li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in an electronic circuit board manufacturing role.</li>\n<li>Soldering skills.</li>\n<li>Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Information </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>As a full-time team employee, you are eligible for all RbM Services benefits, including medical, dental, vision, long-term, short-term disability, 401k, PTO, 10 paid holidays, etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>All your information will be kept confidential according to the EEO guidelines</span></li>\n</ul>",
