The HR Service Delivery Generalist (Temp) will support a Bruker Business Group HR Business Partner as well as the HR Service Delivery Team for the Americas. The HR Service Delivery Team Americas, functions as a centralized HR resource for all of Bruker’s business entities in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. This role is pivotal in delivering consistent, high-quality HR support across multiple business units, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and employee satisfaction.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>PRIMARY: Business Group HR Support: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Business Group HR Mailbox Management </li>\n <li>Provide administrative assistance to HRBP, Candidates, and Employees with Visa/Immigration Support</li>\n <li>Assist the Business Group HR Business Partner with managing employee relations cases, including documentation and follow-up.</li>\n <li>Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.</li>\n <li>ICIMS/TAP management – Opening requisitions, assisting with Job Descriptions, Interview Scheduling, liaison with Business Group Recruiting Team</li>\n <li>Generate reports and dashboards to support HRBP decision-making and business insights.</li>\n <li>Facilitate business onboarding and offboarding practices including monthly business group new hire orientation and exit interviews.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SECONDARY</strong>: <strong>Operational HR Support:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the HR Service Delivery Team with employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and promotions.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HRIS systems.</li>\n <li>Complete I-9 and E-Verify transactions and process I9 Reverifications.</li>\n <li>Help prepare data and documentation for audits and compliance reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, preferred.</li>\n <li>2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared services or matrixed environment</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HRIS systems.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n <li>Experience with Success Factors, Workday, or similar HR platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>At Bruker, the base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $51,300.00 and $91,000.00 and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
