This role offers a unique &quot;best of both worlds&quot; opportunity: a primary focus on high-impact outpatient care while serving as Core Faculty for our Psychiatry Residency Program.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">As we expand our continuum of care, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to help shape and transition into our upcoming Inpatient Child &amp; Adolescent unit, providing a clear path for professional growth and clinical leadership.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Clinical Excellence (Outpatient)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and consultations for children and adolescents.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and integrated therapeutic approaches.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of social workers, psychologists, and pediatricians to ensure holistic patient care.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in the strategic planning and eventual launch of the Inpatient C&amp;A<strong>&nbsp;</strong>service line.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Academic &amp; Faculty Leadership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as Core Faculty for the Psychiatry Residency Program, maintaining compliance with ACGME requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide direct clinical supervision and mentorship to residents and fellows during their C&amp;A rotations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and deliver didactic lectures on child development, pediatric psychopharmacology, and adolescent pathology.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engage in scholarly activity, including clinical research, quality improvement projects, or curriculum development.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education:</strong> MD or DO from an accredited school of medicine.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Training:</strong> Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Psychiatry Residency and a Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Licensure:</strong> Board Certified (BC) in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
