The Fleet Assistant will work across a fleet of 9 vehicles with 3 additional vehicles anticipated by end of June, playing a key role in keeping the organization's growing fleet ready for program use.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Vehicle Inspections &amp; Documentation:</strong></p><ul><li>Conduct bi-weekly vehicle inspections across a fleet of 9 vehicles and complete required documentation accurately and on time</li><li>Identify and report vehicle concerns, damage, or maintenance needs to the Facilities &amp; Fleet Coordinator promptly</li></ul><p><strong>Basic Vehicle Upkeep:</strong></p><ul><li>Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors on a regular basis</li><li>Fuel vehicles as needed to ensure they are ready for use</li><li>Check fluid levels and tire condition and report any concerns to the Coordinator</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Facilities &amp; Fleet Coordinator</li></ul><p><strong>Travel</strong>:</p><ul><li>Regular travel between the South Elgin Clubhouse (SECH) and Elgin Clubhouse (ECH) to support fleet operations at both locations</li><li>Occasional travel for other job-related tasks as needed</li></ul>",
