Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and oversee civil engineering projects related to water and wastewater treatment, from concept through construction</li>\n <li>Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget</li>\n <li>Conduct and review site assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering evaluations</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong client relationships</li>\n <li>Prepare project proposals, budgets, schedules, and progress reports</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and engineering regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in NM and OK preferred</li>\n <li>5+ years of civil engineering experience in water/wastewater treatment project leadership</li>\n <li>Demonstrated business development experience: pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships</li>\n <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS, hydraulic modeling, or treatment-specific software</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, regulatory compliance, and treatment best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
