    "description": "<p><strong><u>Sign On Bonus: Paid at successful completion of 3 months, another at 1 year!</u></strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Perform tire repairs, replacements, and general service to tires and wheels on earthmover equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Mounting, dismounting, balancing, replacing, repairing of mostly earthmover tires but may also include commercial, passenger, light truck, loader, farm, ATV and/or lawn and garden</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform service at Pete&rsquo;s Tire Barns, the customer&rsquo;s location or on the road using a service vehicle or in service shop</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform 24-hour Emergency Road Service. Be in rotation of on-call duty and/or back-up duty</li>\r\n\t<li>Mark customers&rsquo; names on removed tires and wheels</li>\r\n\t<li>Raise vehicle with hydraulic jack, use air tools and heavy hand-held tools. Repair tires using inspection equipment, drills and rollers</li>\r\n\t<li>Remove or replace mounted tire assembly from vehicles</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to recognize repairable tires and properly perform repair. Discard tires that are not repairable</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate all work performed via legible writing on tags, work orders and/or invoices</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner</li>\r\n\t<li>Use all provided safety equipment such as gloves, jack stands, wheel chocks, air cages, safety glasses. Communicate equipment needs</li>\r\n\t<li>Report all tools or equipment that need repair or that are broken</li>\r\n\t<li>Report all unsafe actions, problems or abnormal situations to the store manager or safety manager</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform daily maintenance of tools and equipment</li>\r\n\t<li>Review service work orders for complete information such as required customer information, repairs, mounts, new tires, valves before giving to the store manager</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that all products leave with proper paperwork</li>\r\n\t<li>As needed, perform miscellaneous job duties to ensure prompt services to our customer</li>\r\n\t<li>Perform all work safely</li>\r\n\t<li>Equipment: Capable of operating lift gates, service tools, air compressors, hydraulic jacks, air guns, air gauges, mounting and balancing machines, and computer and office equipment<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>Exerts 75 to 125 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 75 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Frequently reaches (extending hands and arms in any direction), handles (seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or working with hands), and identifies and distinguishes colors. Occasionally climbs (ascends or descends ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like), balances.
