Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This position coordinates the nursing activities between multiple service areas of a department. </p>\n<p>Provides care and/or service to neonates, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED</u></strong></p>\n<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.</li>\n<li>Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (2) years in area of specialty.</li>\n<li>Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED: MOTHERS<em>FIRST </em></u></strong></p>\n<li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing</li>\n<li>International certification in childbirth education or International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). If not certified in childbirth education, obtain International Certification in Childbirth Education within 6 months.</li>\n<li>S.N. degree </li>\n<li>Five years’ experience as an RN, including at least two years’ experience in adult/community education.</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION</u></strong></p>\n<li> Graduate of an accredited school of nursing</li>\n<li> Certified Diabetes Educator</li>\n<li> B.S.N. degree </li>\n<li> Five years’ experience as an RN, including at least two years’ experience in adult/community </li>\n<p>     Education</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>REQUIRED: IV THERAPY</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Georgia.</li>\n<li>Four (4) years of experience in nursing, with minimum of two (3) years in area of specialty.</li>\n<li>National Certification in specialty Infusion Nursing (INS) or Vascular Access (AVA)</li>\n<li>Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life support certification</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED: MOTHERS<em>FIRST AND CENTER FOR PERINATAL MEDICINE</em></u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>Previous perinatal education management experience.</li>\n<li>S.N. or M.N. degree </li>\n<li>Experience with marketing/community relations</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PREFERRED: DIABETES & NUTRITION EDUCATION</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li>Previous diabetes coordinator/management experience.</li>\n<li>S.N. or M.N. degree </li>\n<li>Experience with marketing/community relations</li>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>MEDICAL/SURGICAL UNITS</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<li>S.N.
