At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values, they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Specific responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Welding of ductwork of all sizes.</li>\n <li>Fabricating rack brackets, supports, and junction boxes.</li>\n <li>Performing miscellaneous repairs to equipment, trailers, job shacks, and other company-owned items, equipment, and vehicles.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Purpose and Essential Duties</strong>The Sheet Metal Welder will function in a specialty capacity welding small gauge metal. When welding is not needed there must be a willingness to work alongside our team of Sheetmetal Mechanics. Specific responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with MIG and Flux Core welding</li>\n <li>Experience with black iron and galvanized steel</li>\n <li>Weld on small gauge Aluminum or Stainless Steel</li>\n <li>Familiarity with welding tools and procedures</li>\n <li>MUST know to read engineering blueprints and schematics</li>\n <li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>\n <li>Willingness to work as a Sheetmetal Mechanic when welding is not needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education, Experience and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in MIG & TIG process, welding Aluminum and Stainless Steel</li>\n <li>Minimum of six months experience in HVAC sheet metal duct installation on commercial and/or residential projects</li>\n <li>Must have own Sheet Metal hand tools (company supplies power tools)</li>\n <li>Must be able and willing to follow job-site instructions.</li>\n <li>Lift heavy materials and not be afraid of heights.</li>\n <li>Must be able to qualify to all company welding procedures.</li>\n <li>Must be able to qualify future welding procedures.</li>\n <li>Must be proficient in SMAW, GMAW, TGAW (others are a plus).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of nondestructive testing methods and equipment: visual, remote visual, leak, ASTM certification desired.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sheet metal Ductwork &/or Mechanical experience is a plus</li>\n <li>OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 51 lbs.</li>\n <li>Repetitive use of arms, legs, hands, and fingers.</li>\n <li>Not afraid of heights.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $18.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the E-Verify program.
