We have a culture of connecting the unconnected and unleashing students to live and love like Jesus. In this position you would encourage disciple, equip and closely walk with Group Leaders to unleash them to do frontline ministry. Do you want to join our mission to love students,&nbsp;volunteers&nbsp;and parents one at a time?</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Disciple-making relationships with volunteers and students.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ministering to MSM &amp;HSM girls during programming and work week.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recruiting, developing, and shepherding volunteers who are themselves investing in and shepherding students.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Empowering volunteers to support MSM &amp; HSM programming/events in all capacities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Managing communication with families and students (email, social media, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists&nbsp;student ministry leader in implementing healthy small group culture.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participating in all middle &amp; high school ministry gatherings at the campus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leading a small group of students.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engaging regularly with a local school and unleashing volunteers to love the students and staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participating with the&nbsp;CW&nbsp;staff in team meetings and events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborates with other&nbsp;CW&nbsp;Campus ministries/staff.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborates with student ministries across campuses.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Teaching consistently at MSM and HSM services.</li></ul><p><br></p></div><p><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Relationship building and disciple-making mindset.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to organize and complete everyday tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to balance the work of ministry and tasks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Team-player and able to lead in all directions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Self-motivated and always ready to learn.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Flexibility in schedule to meet ministry needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to be encouraged and coached.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Growing personal relationship with God.</li></ul></div><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bible degree (optional)&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and lives out our church Mantras in tangible ways. &nbsp;</li></ul></div><p><strong>*Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.&nbsp;</strong>You will be asked if you agree with our Statement of Faith within the application process.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>If this sounds like you and you&rsquo;re ready to join us on mission, apply today!</em></strong></p></div></div>\n",
