    "description": "<p>*_Reports to: Head Golf Professional_*<br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Staging carts for daily play and tournaments</li>\n<li>Greeting customers and assisting them loading golf bags on carts as needed.</li>\n<li>Cleaning, washing, and detailing golf car fleet.</li>\n<li>Operating a golf range cart to pick range.</li>\n<li>Handpicking range at times due to inclement weather.</li>\n<li>Assist with banquet set up as needed.</li>\n<li>Assist in cleaning the golf restrooms and the event center as needed</li>\n<li>Empty trash bins on the golf course.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Other duties as directed and needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p>Primary requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standing or moving for 6 to 8 hours a day.</li>\n<li>Able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.</li>\n<li>Able to multitask as needed.</li>\n<li>Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li>\n<li>Available to work days, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of golf or 1 year of previous experience in guest services.</li>\n<li>Able to work in a quick-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Compensation:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum wage plus tips.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We can accommodate a flexible schedule and have a close relationship between management and employees to create the ultimate work environment.  </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 22px;\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Thompson Golf Group owns and manages 7 courses throughout Arizona, Minnesota &amp; Texas.
