Our CVO Specialists provide primary source verification (PSV) services for physicians and other non-physician providers to assist our clients in making informed decisions in the privileging process. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: black\">Responsibilities</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conducts, participates in, and maintains credentialing and privileging.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Determines applicant’s initial and reappointment eligibility for membership/participation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Compiles, evaluates, and presents the practitioner-specific data collected for review by one or more decision-making bodies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyzes applications and supporting documents for completeness and informs the practitioner and/or client of the application status, including the need for any additional information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Performs initial and reappointments for eligible practitioners and other eligible healthcare entities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conducts, participates in, and maintains primary source verification (PSV).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provides client or designated representative with a completed, electronic formatted packet that reflects evidence of PSV and shall be current as of the date prepared by the source of the information.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Obtains and evaluates information from primary sources necessary for verification and validation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Recognizes, investigates, and validates discrepancies and adverse information obtained from the application, primary source verifications, or other sources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Verifies and documents expirable credentials using acceptable verification sources to ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provides prompt responses to internal and external inquiries regarding status.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Applies clearly defined credentialing or privileging processes to all practitioners, providers, and other eligible healthcare entities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist clients and providers by prefilling hospital privileging applications and sending to provider for final review and signature.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Directs initial or reappointment processes for eligible practitioners, providers, and other eligible healthcare entities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manages and complies with accreditation and regulatory standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Obtains and evaluates practitioner sanctions, complaints, and adverse data to ensure compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains an updated database to ensure accurate and current information is readily available.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: black\">Required Skills and Qualifications</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">2+ years’ experience in credentials verification and hospital privileging with a solid understanding of the credentialing and privileging process</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working with physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary information and documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication skills to interact with physicians, administrators, staff, and primary sources of information</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of working independently to achieve production goals, and have attention to detail </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Able to work proficiently within multiple business applications including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams, and various credentialing software systems </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintains a strong sense of urgency, thoroughness, and meets or exceeds established deadlines</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;
