Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN.</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. </li>\n <li>Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. </li>\n <li>Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s): </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>CNA certification required</li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Six months of hospital clinical experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 16 years old or older</li>\n <li>Level 3 Medium Work:  Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.</li>\n</ul>",
