Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide security in entertainment venues including but not limited to, Boogie Nights by maintaining low visibility, handling problem situations, watching for safety hazards, and providing assistance to medical personnel.</li>\n <li>Provide security escorts for monetary transfers.</li>\n <li>Oversee patron entry and exiting of venue: provide crowd control, check I.D.s, and check for items not allowed in venue.</li>\n <li>Provide assistance to customers: give directions, etc. Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.</li>\n <li>Resolve conflicts between patrons in a quiet decisive manner.</li>\n <li>Provide training to new officers and serve as a field training officer as needed.</li>\n <li>Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations, regulatory violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.</li>\n <li>Testify in court.</li>\n <li>Present and provide enforcement on the floor.</li>\n <li>Occasionally, strenuous physical activity is required.</li>\n <li>Provide positive communication and use customer service training skills with every patron and co-worker.</li>\n <li>Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff.</li>\n <li>Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age. </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>\n <li> Previous experience in a guest service-related field required. Six (6) months of related experience and/or training preferred. </li>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Driver’s License and operate company vehicles as needed.</li>\n <li> Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. </li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving, mediation, and organizational skills required. </li>\n <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English. </li>\n <li>Ability to identify and quickly respond to potential problems and conflicts and defend self and others in combative situations.</li>\n <li> Must have the ability to run on level surfaces as well as up and down stairs. </li>\n <li> Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li> Must have strong computer skills and be fully competent in Microsoft Office applications. </li>\n <li>Ability to write clear, accurate, and concise reports.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li>\n <li> Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li> Must have the ability to remain calm in emergency or stressful situations. </li>\n <li> Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights. </li>\n <li> Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment. </li>\n <li>Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy. </li>\n <li> Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. </li>\n <li> Employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
