We are seeking a detail-driven and technically proficient Design Engineer can contribute to risk analysis activities, including Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), for the development of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Current Product Management (CPM) programs. Technical Responsibilities:  Perform functional analysis of tractor components and systems to support design integrity and product safety objectives. Actively participate in Design FMEA workshops by providing technical inputs, analysis, and recommendations. Support the development, application, and continuous improvement of tools, templates, and processes related to product safety and risk management. Management Responsibilités : Support launch readiness activities and contribute to meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) objectives for NPI and current products, in alignment with site targets and operational standards, including timely completion of assigned project milestones Communication : Participate in technical meetings to contribute to discussions, problem-solving, and decision-making. Communicate effectively within the immediate team, across the Engineering department, and with other AGCO sites as required. Share technical knowledge and best practices to support team capability and alignment Your Impact Contribute to risk analysis activities for new product designs, including Functional Analysis and Design FMEA, by providing detailed technical inputs and analysis. Support the tracking and closure of action items resulting from Design FMEA assessments in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Assist in knowledge sharing and provide technical guidance to Engineering teams on risk analysis methodologies, including Functional Analysis and Design FMEA. Maintain and update assigned sections of KPI dashboards to support monitoring and reporting of risk analysis performance. Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelors / Master’s degree in General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Quality Management. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of professional experience in risk analysis, including Functional Analysis and Design FMEA. Preferably within the automotive industry. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word,PowerPoint). Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
