Reporting directly to the Chief Administrative Officer, the IT Director will be responsible for the following:<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong><ul><li>Oversee technology operations, including server and physical infrastructure, network and security operations, helpdesk and desktop support, data storage, and disaster recovery.</li><li>Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with testing and strategic solution that increase data security.</li><li>Maintain IT policies and systems to support corporate strategies.</li><li>Efficiently manage purchasing of cost-effective technology equipment and software solutions.</li><li>Ensure appropriate, up-to-date, and efficient functionality of equipment and software.</li><li>Provide effective leadership through management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><strong>What skills and experience you’ll need:</strong><ul><li>Minimum of 5-10 years of proven experience as an IT Director or similar role.</li><li>Experience implementing high-level IT strategy within the energy industry highly preferred.</li><li>A knack for research and staying up to date on current IT trends, developments, and computer security best practices.</li><li>Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.</li><li>Experience in IT budget oversight or management.</li><li>Ability to handle and protect sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.</li><li>Top-tier communication skills, especially when translating highly technical concepts into simple terms throughout the organization.</li><li>The ability to lead, coach, and mentor others.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Current understanding of NIST-CSF and NERC CIP requirements.</li><li>The willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%)</li></ul> <div style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong>Eagle Creek RE Management, LLC is an equal opportunity employer</strong></div>",
