You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.<br><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of Backend and Frontend Developers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Collaborate in building and integrating with all Telco VAS aggregators.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Provide clear specifications for QA to test integrations and subscription flows.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Monitor test results provided by QA to double check on cases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Monitor funnels and improve the funnel conversions</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Communicate with aggregators and telcos on regular basis to ensure all runs smoothly</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Support billing and invoicing on payment subscriptions</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Monitor our analytical data (subscription + revenue) and make sure it matches with original values of telco partners</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Generate scripts for regular reports for the performance and evaluation of the systems and integrations to be shared with all stakeholders involved</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Validate the technical feasibility of proposed integrations, and test the service</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or any related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Minimum </span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">10</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> years of proven working experience in web development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Have solid expertise in building enterprise-level (PHP) Applications with a strong knowledge in the following related technologies &amp; frameworks: Laravel, Symfony, Yii 2.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience in maintaining and developing RESTful API services. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Have solid expertise in database technologies including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Have a good experience with working on top modern frontend side technologies: Javascript, HTML5 CSS3, React.js. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Have a deep understanding in building different enterprise software architectural patterns such as Microservices, SOA, MVC.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Knowledge of container orchestration tools (Kubernetes).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/GitFlow and SourceTree.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Experience with AWS or other cloud services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Proficiency in managing Linux environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Hav</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">e</span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"> past experience in working with modern software development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and XP.</span></li>\n</ul>",
