In this role, you will collaborate with governance teams and stakeholders to define requirements, set deliverables, develop policies and procedures, and ensure alignment with organizational standards. This position requires deep expertise in acquisition processes, standards implementation, and compliance monitoring. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with governance forums and stakeholders to define the scope, deliverables, and schedule for standards compliance efforts. Develop policies, procedures, and practices that provide a consistent framework for measuring and tracking standards compliance across the enterprise. Identify risks, recommend mitigations, and provide recommendations on program-level requirements, acquisition documentation, and test materials. Assist in the review of planning, policy, and strategy documents to ensure consistency with established standards, architectures, and methodologies. Recommend and create new policies to improve standards conformance. Support the development of conformance strategies in areas where guidance is limited. Identify opportunities for automated conformance tools, advocate for their development, and promote enterprise availability. Collaborate with peers to develop tools and interfaces for inputting and tracking compliance. Deliver reports, studies, white papers, and briefings to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership. Identify process gaps and propose solutions leveraging existing governance processes. Provide expert advice to acquisition teams in developing self-assessments and compliance reviews. Review and validate standards conformance self-assessments for accuracy. Brief senior leadership on compliance issues, support remediation planning, and deliver periodic reports on the state of standards conformance. Conduct outreach activities with organizations responsible for requirements development, acquisition, and testing.
