    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>DEPARTMENT:</strong> &nbsp;Retail</p><p><strong>SEATED AT:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Dual Highway</p><p><strong>REPORTS TO:</strong> &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Branch Manager</p><p><br></p><p>The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager with branch operations, coaching activities, as well as achieving growth and service quality goals.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Who We Want:</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Champion of Growth –</strong></p><ul><li>Identify branch sales initiatives and cross-selling efforts to deepen customer relationships</li><li>Represent the Bank in public relations activities and community affairs</li><li>Help lead the team to achieve growth and service quality goals &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Industry Expert –</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to identify opportunities to deepen relationships and deliver value to customers</li><li>Oversee daily operations of the branch and assist with coaching and developing staff</li><li>Strong understanding of consumer and business products</li></ul><p><strong>Analytical Thinker –</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and variety of other technology platforms</li><li>Research and resolve customer account discrepancies</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task</li></ul><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Coach team members to improve knowledge and skills in operations and relationship management</li><li>Oversee branch operations and ensure audits are satisfactory</li><li>Maintain a professional atmosphere in the branch</li><li>Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Develop relationships with customers, especially those who have more complex banking needs</li><li>Model relationship management activities for the team including exceptional customer interactions, proactive outreach, and coordination with other business partners</li><li>Ensure security protocols are followed and manage security equipment</li></ul><p><strong>What You Get:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Excellent benefits package, including 15 days of annual Paid Time Off (PTO).
