    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain adequate supplies of items such as silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Locate items requested by customers.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, to facilitate customer service.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty tablecloths.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Fill beverage dispensers.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Serve food to customers when waiters or waitresses need assistance.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Replenish supplies of food on the buffet line.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Stock refrigerating units.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Complete all opening and closing side work which includes the thorough set up and break down of assigned buffet stations.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Keep buffet cleaned and stocked, rotation of utensils as needed and proper rotation of food items and food vessels on the buffet line.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Checks and fills water in the buffet station wells and ensures food vessels are at appropriate and safe holding temperatures.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Participation in Daily Roll Calls to ensure property information is understood.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Maintain ongoing knowledge of buffet items on a daily basis.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Cleans floors around buffet stations to maintain a clean and safe working environment for guests and employees at all times.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Interact with guests and provide them with a warm greeting and a positive parting remark showing gratitude for their business as appropriate.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Other duties as required by Management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have excellent customer service skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Able to work in a busy, fast paced work environment.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of food sanitation requirements.</span></li>\n<li><br><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Knowledge of temperature danger zone</span></li>\n</ul>",
